Why should I choose Glow Forth as my skin health provider?
Glow Forth was built with the understanding that medically-backed treatments can be luxurious. Anything that we provide, we have the education to back it up and the heart to make sure we are providing you with what your skin and/or wellness needs may be. We are medically supervised with a medical director on staff and literally feet away from our suite–for your comfort and safety. From the moment you walk in the door, to indulging into your treatment room, to your aftercare: Glow Forth is your advocate that you can rely on.
What are the expectations for my skin once treatment has been completed?
Since we offer a robust amount of treatments, not to sound too generic, but it varies person-to-person. Across the board of treatments, clients may expect the following: post treatment dryness, flaking, redness, itchiness, etc. This is not a guarantee but a possibility depending on your skin type.
Remember (please, for the love of skincare), the skin goes through a renewal cycle every 7-30 days depending on your age and personal health. Corrective treatments tend to exfoliate and speed up this process so keep in mind that post treatment “reactions” are usually just the skin purging which is a GOOD thing!

Why does Glow Forth encourage treatment plans?
At Glow Forth Aesthetics and Wellness, we empower our clients to consider a treatment plan for their corrective skincare goals. We encourage skin health plans as a serious means of accountability between our clinic and you in addition to priority booking out your entire plan to ensure we are hitting your goals. Think of it like this: If you’re paying $10 a month for a gym membership, and you miss it, you don’t sweat it; If you’re paying $100+ per month… all of a sudden, those abs are showing 😉
Our treatment plans are an average of 3-5 sessions to start, and then we assess the skin at the end of the treatment plan to curate what future treatments/ maintenance would look like for your personal skin health.
What is included in my Glow Forth Treatment Plan?
Your plan includes the following: a detailed write-out of your entire plan sequence, the at-home products are included to be utilized to make sure we are maintaining the procedure/treatment, detailed post-care instructions with “what if’s” laid out, medical supervision, and a bulk of 3-5 sessions (usually prebooked) for your skin health journey.
How much is the investment in treatment?
Do I have to use the products included in my plan/recommended to me?
This one pains me, because I totally get it, but no. You are not forced to do anything you don’t want to do, BUT, let me raise you a scenario: You come to me because you’re experiencing severe dryness and itchiness; we do a round of microneedling and upon checkout, I recommend hyaluronic acid to keep your barrier hydrated–you see the product, frown, and tell me that it’s either A) out of budget or B) you have a moisturizer at home. Both answers are completely fine, but think about how much you’ve spent on skincare that unfortunately didn’t work for you in comparison to this one product, plus, you want to keep using the moisturizer at home but your dryness is still present. This scenario alone is why I recommend what I offer because I drive the education into your head so that way you feel enlightened AND empowered on what you’re putting in your body. It’s not about my bottom line, it’s about keeping our hard work sustained. (Damn, that was long.. I hope that explanation helps!)
Are there any fees that I should be aware of?
Late fees don’t make sense to me. I’m a mom, a wife, got a million-and-one tasks to do… sometimes, people just need a little grace. I’m great at working under pressure if we have a smaller time slot anyway. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee with the card on file. No-Shows will be charged 60% of the service. Please be fair to the business and to the person we could’ve helped with that time slot. Just call–we are reasonable!
If I am ever dissatisfied with treatment, what is the best course of action?
This is why I am so big on the expectations until you’re nauseated because I need you to understand the ebbs and flows of skin health; we will get you looking great, but that’s dependent on skin cycles, hormones, internal health, and your patience.
